Copyright Policy for Satvik

This Copyright Policy describes the intellectual property rights associated with the Satvik mobile application ("App") and outlines the procedure for reporting any potential copyright infringements.

1. Ownership of Material

All materials and content displayed or available through the App, including but not limited to devotional wallpapers, ringtones, audio clips, video statuses, app designs, icons, layout designs, and logos, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Some devotional media (images and audio files) may be sourced from public domain resources, creative commons, or submitted directly by our curation team and users.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the App for commercial purposes.

2. License for Personal Use

Satvik grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, and save individual wallpapers and ringtones directly onto your personal mobile devices. This license is granted strictly for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA Notice)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that any content hosted in our App infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal notification by contacting us with the following details:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to the original image/audio, or registration details).
• Identification of the material in our App that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail so we can locate it (e.g. title, category, screenshot).
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

4. Action on Infringing Content

Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement claim containing all the required information listed above, we will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the infringing material within 48 hours.
